Consultation & Booking Policy

This Consultation & Booking Policy applies to all project design reviews, metal came calculations, and on-site glass frame surveys coordinated by Paul Vitrail (Vitrail Art Glass Sdn. Bhd.).
1. Initial Consultations
Submitting a project details form on our website is completely free of charge. No payment card or banking information is collected online. Initial conversations or basic studio visits do not require a booking fee.
2. On-Site Glass Template Surveys
For detailed physical on-site window measurements and template drawing setups that require our designers to visit a residence or historical build, a survey deposit may be requested. This deposit is invoiced and settled directly with our office.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
If a template survey deposit has been paid, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled template appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours will receive a 50% refund, or the full fee can be credited toward a rescheduled date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
4. Custom Project Retainers
All leaded glass assembly retainers, glass imports terms, and protective double-glazing contracts are governed by their respective individual design agreements and are independent of this website policy.
5. Requesting an Adjustment
